Angelina County Project

Picture
Industry or individuals invited for limited time only...short fuse!

The map to the left shows activity of the majors going into the deep gas shales of East Texas in the Haynesville and Bossier plays.
One small local Operator has negotiated with mineral owners he has known for years to go into the shallow Queen City sand formation. This is a blanket formation averaging 50 ft. in thickness and no deeper than 2000ft.
There are shut in wells on the lease and one nearby well that had produced up to 16000 barrels of oil with gas before mechanical problems. This was in the 1980's and economics forced abandonment leaving behind field reserves estimated at 3.2 MMBO and 1.8 million barrels recoverable. With today's economics, well completion and sand control technology, the 10 planned wells producing only 20 BOPD can yield 6000BOPM = $480,000./month after royalty is paid out. When held by production, another 2 leases are optioned whereby up to 42 wells can be completed which would boost production to over 22,500BOPM or $1,800,000/month potential.
Operator is selling Working Interests with 80% NRI. Only $3.6 million will be available for sale. This is a 3 phase project. The first, 3 Well Project A $1.2 million is open to Industry players, but will accept buyers who are accredited or institutions. WI are $15000 each 1%.
